The past 6 months have been spent researching and developing a Kingdom model of community development, that it is believed will forcefully and fruitfully advance the Kingdom of God through discipling, farming & educating. However Kingdomship's 1st year of operations will not be able to carry any founder salary costs, hence the request for salary funding.
Each Kingdomship division has been costed out seperately, with the view to offering multiple loan options based on different value and operational preferences. All loan terms are the same however, being interest free and fully repayable after 3 years. Included below is a high level funding breakdown, followed by some costing and repayment spreadsheets in various detail.
In summary, 73% of all required loan finance is needed for Farmership, which in turn also generates a similar % of organizational profits. The start up salary costs are commensurate (comparative) with a junior to lower middle management salary in South Africa. All loan finance is repaid after 3 years of operations, with the potential to self fund thereafter depending on organizational success (profitability).
Included here is a more detailed spreadsheet breakdown of the costs, sales and profits highlighted above...
Included here is an even more detailed income and costing breakdown per business line item, for both the chicken and vegetable businesses. There is no detailed breakdown for the Agribiz division given that each of the different products / operations require a business proposal of their own, which will be drafted by the person tasked with running the operation instead. Given that the Discipleship and Eduship operations are existing in different degrees, the business proposals in this instance are currently a work in progress.
